Course Description
This 7 week online vestibular course will provide a comprehensive overview of concussion assessment, central disorders, and chronic dizziness (PPPD).
Participants will explore the latest research and trends for adolescents and adults experiencing prolonged visual, vestibular and sensory complaints as a result of concussion. Special attention to classifying symptoms due to cervical impairments, vestibular dysfunction and exertional limitations will be specified.
A comprehensive examination and treatment plan as it relates to concussion, dizziness, headache and whiplash associated disorders will be taught within the framework of a multidisciplinary-team approach.
This program will also provide attendees with a comprehensive overview related to the management of central disorders and chronic dizziness (PPPD).
The course will be divided into weekly learning over a 7 week period. Weekly modules will include video lectures, discussion board assignments, video technique library, and practical online skill checks.
