Course overview
August 7, 2023 - September 25, 2023. Learn to evaluate and manage chronic dizziness, atypical central and concussion disorders in this 7 week adv. online vestibular course.
Participants will explore the latest research and trends for adolescents and adults experiencing prolonged visual, vestibular and sensory complaints as a result of concussion.
Special attention to classifying symptoms due to cervical impairments, vestibular dysfunction and exertional limitations will be specified. A comprehensive examination and treatment plan as it relates to concussion, dizziness, headache and whiplash associated disorders will be taught within the framework of a multidisciplinary-team approach.
This program will also provide attendees with a comprehensive overview related to the management of central disorders and chronic dizziness (PPPD).
The course will be divided into weekly learning over a 7 week period. Weekly modules will include video lectures, discussion board assignments, video technique library, and practical online skill checks.
